Then, leave it to us. Once sourced, you’ll receive a secure payment link. Upon payment, your item is elegantly packed and swiftly on its way to you.

We offer a flat-rate fee of $300 AUD per service. This transparent pricing reflects our commitment to refined service, clarity, and value. No hidden costs—just exceptional care and curated expertise designed to keep you returning with confidence.

We are proudly based in Australia. Whilst our island home may feel distant at times, distance is no match for desire. Whether your favourite piece is sold out locally or life simply doesn’t allow the time, we bridge the gap—sourcing what you want, wherever it may be.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the location of the item and shipping destination. Once sourced and payment is received, most items arrive within 7–14 business days, less if express shipping is requested. Clients are provided with a tracking number - to keep you updated every step of the way—and we’re always available for updates or urgent requests.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before payment is made. However, due to the bespoke nature of our sourcing service, once an item has been shipped, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Each piece is hand-selected with precision, and we ensure all details are confirmed before dispatch.

When the item is sourced internationally, import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will aim to bring this to your attention at the time of invoicing however cannot predict the exact amount.
DHL is our preferred logistics provider and will advise the purchaser directly via email if any import duties apply, and provide a direct payment link.

We accept all major credit/debit card payments, including Amex. All invoices are generated in AUD.
